		<description>We completely agree: people will necessarily follow their passion. If they’ve come up with a “new” idea they’re going to, by definition, be more passionate about it than what they were working on before. It’s very helpful to define a way to allow people to come up with these ideas and be passionate about them but keep ourselves focused, so we can come back to be passionate about them later. 

Also, when we come back to an idea in three days, we&#039;re often less passionate about it, and that’s probably an appropriate response - reflection time is a powerful thing, and allows appropriate value ordering!</description>
